Customer data (change of billing or delivery details)
Avoid delays through reliable communication: the shipping companies can only reach you if your contact details are correct – e.g. for queries, appointment arrangements or important notifications.
Smooth delivery: a correct address is crucial to ensure that everything arrives at the right place.
Shipping and delivery (Where is my parcel?/Delay/Tracking missing)
Our play equipment is delivered by a shipping company. The shipping company will contact you within the specified delivery period to arrange an exact delivery date. Delivery is free kerbside.
Beds, slides and smaller accessories and parts are delivered by parcel service. No prior appointment is made for this – delivery is made directly to the specified delivery address.
You can simply enter the tracking number on the respective tracking page of the shipping company or parcel service to check the current delivery status.
Despite our reliable partners, occasional delivery damage cannot be ruled out. Please have any damage that is visible at first glance noted on the supplier's consignment note. We kindly ask you to accept the goods anyway and check them for completeness and integrity. If you are not satisfied with something, please contact our customer service. We will take care of a replacement as soon as possible.
The basic rule is: one order, one delivery! Unless, of course, you have shopped so diligently that everything simply won't fit into one parcel. Depending on the situation and volume, our children's beds and Tiny play towers may also be shipped in several parcels.
You will have the opportunity to arrange the delivery date with the shipping company as soon as you receive a call/contact.
Returns & complaints (How does the return shipment work?/Complaints)
For a quick and smooth process, we recommend that you use our contact form. This will allow us to coordinate a collection date with you and cover the entire cost of the return shipment.
Despite our reliable partners, delivery errors do occasionally occur. Please note any damage that is visible at first glance on the supplier's consignment note. We kindly ask you to accept the goods anyway and check them for completeness and integrity using the assembly instructions, as well as documenting any damage with photographs.
Then contact us via our contact form and send us a complete list of the affected components, including the photos.
Only if the list of affected components is complete can your enquiry be processed in one go, thus avoiding long waiting times.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
We kindly ask you to check the goods thoroughly and carefully upon receipt and send us a complete list of the affected components, including photos. It is best to refer to the assembly instructions for guidance.
Example of a list:
- 1 pc. P-240 - 2400x88x88 mm
- 5 pcs. screws 5x20 mm
- 3 pcs. handles
The names of the wooden parts can be found at the front of the assembly instructions, upright next to the product images. We also ask you to let us know if you have received any parts that are different or additional to those specified in the assembly instructions. You do not need to return these parts, but this information will help us to avoid any sorting or packaging errors in the future.
Payment (Invoice missing/Request a refund)
The invoice will not be sent automatically. Please contact us to receive an invoice.
You will usually receive your refund within approximately 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return. If you have any questions about the status of your refund, please contact us at any time – we will be happy to help you.
Product (Unclear product description/Differences from the website)
Please send us a message with the specific details that are unclear, ideally accompanied by a picture. We will carefully review the information and provide you with a definitive response. If there is an error, we will of course ensure that it is corrected immediately.
