Important information: Accessories' delivery time
Since our accessories are shipped from Germany, you may have to expect longer delivery times and shipping delays due to Brexit. However, this is only the case if you have ordered accessories individually so that they are being shipped by parcel service.
The shipments by freight forwarding are not affected. Therefore, we recommend ordering your accessories directly with your play equipment.
We apologise for the waiting time if your delivery is affected. We are working hard to provide you with our standard service again.

Products purchased from our UK online shop can only be delivered to the UK. A delivery to the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) is not possible.
How will my order be delivered?
Larger parcels such as climbing frames and swings are shipped with a freight forwarder. Delivery to the curb side will take place after an appointment was made by telephone. Usually unloading takes place with a lift truck. In exceptional cases, unloading will have to be done manually, with which we explicitly ask for your support.
Depending on the size of your order we deliver our products via parcel post or freight forwarder. Smaller parcels will be shipped with DHL, GLS, DPD or UPS. When the goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation of dispatch with a Track and Trace code. This delivery method is usually applicable to Wickey accessories.
When will I receive my order?
For information on delivery times please check underneath the price on the page for the individual product. The delivery times may vary depending on the size of an item. If you order multiple items, the item with the longest delivery time is decisive for the complete delivery.
For items that are delivered by a freight forwarder, such as climbing frames and swings, delivery will take place after delivery is arranged between you and the delivery company by telephone. Therefore it is very important that you provide us with a correct phone number.
