Proceed as follows when concreting in the anchors/erecting the base frame:
Please ensure that the supporting posts of your climbing frame are in contact with the ground when concreting them in. Correct anchorage is necessary for the stability of your climbing frame and helps to prevent danger spots. It also protects your screws from premature rusting.
After assembly, an acceptance test should be carried out by the TÜV or similar.
Please get in touch with your local authority to obtain approval of your equipment before putting it into use.
They put in an order for your playground equipment to be inspected. Approval can only be successful if the assembly is carried out exactly according to our assembly instructions.
You will be given detailed assembly instructions that guide you step by step on how to assemble the units. It is important to follow the instructions carefully in order to obtain TÜV certification.
The requirements for TÜV approval of commercial climbing frames can vary depending on the country, region and applicable regulations. In many countries, the local authorities have specific safety standards for kids' playgrounds and playground equipment. We recommend contacting the local authorities before installing a commercial climbing frame to ensure that all necessary permits and safety checks have been obtained.

It is important to note that these details are intended as general guidelines and may differ from the specific requirements of your region. To meet the exact requirements for rubber tiles under a commercial climbing frame in accordance with EN-1176, you should contact the local authorities, playground experts or a certified expert who can give you precise information on the required layer thickness for your specific drop height.
